The app appends /<id> and sends PUT /api/recordings/<id> with raw body and headers
Content-Type: audio/mp4, X-Device-Id, X-Recording-SHA256 (64 hex SHA-256 of the body).
If this page is open as localhost, replace the host with an address the phone can reach (e.g. the Wi-Fi endpoint above).
Recordings are stored on the server. Anyone who can open this dashboard can play or download the audio (there is no login), so expose it only on a trusted network/VPN.
